Waste at Work
"Waste at Work" is a 50 minute presentation primarily aimed at educating employees on steps they can take to reduce, reuse and recycle materials at work. The presentation is delivered by Clean Calgary Association's Calgary Materials Exchange team who are focused on diverting non-residential waste from Calgary landfills.
This informative presentation will cover:
- Current practices in commercial waste reduction.
- Reasons for implementing a program at your office.
- Practical ways to reduce, reuse and recycle office waste.
- Tips on energy and water conservation.
- Steps to start a waste reduction program at your office.
- Keys to success and barriers to overcome

- How to market your successes internally, to customers/clients and to
the public.

- Office employees (can be modified for an industrial or institutional setting).
